The Rackets formed in 2019 whilst studying together in London. The band soon began performing on stages across the capital and beyond. They have since headlined the likes of Camden Assembly, Sneaky Pete’s, and The Amersham Arms. They released their debut single ‘I Don’t Mind’ in 2022, followed by ‘Back in a Minute’ (2023), ‘Pictures for Posers’ (2024) and ‘Silent Eyes’ (2024).

In March 2025, they released 'Thursday Bags', the first single from their debut EP 'Some Things Never Change'. The project was recorded and produced in the Blue Rooms, Huddersfield.
